Affinity Healthcare Resources was created to provide a superior level of care and support during those final moments of our lives. We are a locally owned hospice program and have been serving the community for years.
Our team is made up of an exceptional group of local physicians, registered nurses, licensed therapists, hospice aides, social and spiritual workers, and community volunteers from all walks of life ready and dedicated to providing compassionate care.
